Overview of hr

hr is a module available for separate purchase with Ready Pay.

It is a fully integrated and feature-rich component, which offers full Human Resources Management data storage and reporting functionality.

Being fully integrated makes reporting on payroll and HR data easy.

It is essential that Ready Pay is installed, configured and fully functional before implementation of the hr can proceed. hr is not available with Ready Pay Lite.

hrincludes modules for storing and reporting on the following information:

  • Organisation structure and position management
  • Employment event management
  • Performance management
  • Training management
  • Skills management
  • Property issues

hr is accessed from two points in the system.

  • hr as a whole is accessed from the Navigator.

    This area includes:

    • The Organisation Chart, a visual representation of the structure of your organisation, from the top level to the bottom level.
    • Position & Incumbents, the core of hr, which sets the company hierarchy and enables the Kiosk MSS (Manager Self Service) and advanced workflows to be implemented.
    • HR Framework, the 'building blocks' of the HR system, which can be customised to the requirements of your own company's events, property, positions and so on.
  • Aspects of hr can also be accessed from within the employee file (using the F3 search) or the Employee lister on the right.
    • Within hr's Position & Incumbents area, position incumbents can be linked to an actual employee within the payroll.
    • Any details you enter for the incumbent in hr are instantly accessible through the linked employee file.
    • The employee file also stores a complete history of each employee’s positions within the system.
